IOM team visit Dubrovnik local stakeholders in the framework of TSI Project

In the framework of TSI project, with the purpose of developing sustainable integration of TCNs’ strategies, IOM team met with the Mayor of City Dubrovnik, Mr. Mato Franković, Prefect of the dubrovnik-neretva county, Mr. Nikola Dobroslavić, representative of the Regional Agency DUNEA, Ms. Franica Miloš, President of the Dubrovnik County Chamber, Ms. Nikolina Trojić, and HR specialist of the Adraitic Luxury Hotels, Ms. Marija Stojanović.
The local stakeholders have recognized a significance of TSI project, and are supportive of it. In Dubrovnik area most TCNs’ are labour migrants, therefore the main focus during the conversation was on the effective integration of labour migrants which will improve the functioning and performance of the labour market in Dubrovnik area. Apart from that, it was raised a concern and a need to determine and identify countries at national or regional level with which Croatia would set up the bilateral labour migrant agreements in the future.
