INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. In the framework of Pilot project “Providing Refugee Resettlement Assistance to the Government of the Republic of Croatia” the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Expression of Interest from eligible Post Arrival Orientation and Early Integration Support Implementing Partner who shall be an NGO registered in the Republic of Croatia with relevant experience and a track record in the field of migration, asylum and integration.
Formal national designation of the prospective implementing partner in the area of integration shall be considered a distinct advantage for the Post Arrival Orientation and Early Integration Support services in connection with Pilot project “Providing Refugee Resettlement Assistance to the Government of the Republic of Croatia”.
The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following a) range of relevant services offered, b) qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained c) track record and experience of the prospective Implementing Partner in similar assignment including list of major clients served and d) other relevant information.
The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received either by hand or through mail by the BEAC with office address at Ulica dr. Franje Račkog 3/3, HR-10000 Zagreb no later than 20 October 2017.
On the basis of the above information, the BEAC shall draw up the shortlist of prospective Implementing Partners. Only short listed Implementing Partners will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.
Interested Implementing Partners may obtain further information in English from the BEAC until Wednesday, 18 October 2017, at 5:00PM at iomzagreb@iom.int.
The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expressions at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Implementing Partners.
